Booking, Cancellation, and Refund Policy – Reserva App

1. Booking Policy

Once a booking is completed through the app and payment is made, the booking is considered confirmed and final.

The customer is responsible for verifying all entered information (such as service type, date, time, and branch) before confirming the booking.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

All paid bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable, as the amount is transferred directly to the service provider and resources are allocated accordingly.

If the customer wishes to modify or cancel the booking, they must contact the service provider directly. Any change or cancellation is subject to the provider’s approval, with no obligation on Raisirfa.

If the service provider cancels the booking for any reason, the case will be reviewed by our support team, and a refund may be issued if the provider is found to be at fault.

3. Service Provider Obligations

The service provider is obligated to deliver the booked service at the agreed-upon time and quality.

In cases of delay or cancellation without prior notice or a valid reason, Raisirfa reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate the provider’s account.

  • Impose financial penalties or administrative actions in proportion to the damage caused to the customer.

4. Prices and Content

Raisirfa strives to ensure the accuracy of information and prices listed by service providers. However, in the event of any incorrect or misleading information, the platform reserves the right to cancel the booking and notify the customer immediately.

5. Policy Updates

This policy is subject to ongoing review and may be updated periodically to comply with applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Users will be notified of any changes that affect their rights or obligations.
